I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely balcony, but the lighting could be brighter. The service was exceptional, especially with quick responses to my requests. The location is convenient for exploring Florence, with major sights nearby. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices. However, the lack of internet in my room was a disappointment.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and available upon my arrival, but I have to say they were the smallest hotel rooms I have ever been in. The service was fantastic, with polite and knowledgeable staff, though I did find the lack of overhead lights a bit odd. The location was convenient, close to the main attractions, but the dining experience was just okay for an Italian hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.
